Marketing Specialist (Milan, Italy)

Our client is an international company within the beauty industry, specialised in the development and manufacturing of innovative solutions for leading market brands.
Role mission:
Reporting to the Corporate Marketing Director, the selected person will be responsible for defining commercial and marketing strategies for key clients, leading new developments and ensuring that creation, validation and launch phases meet client expectations and business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and lead tailored commercial and marketing strategies for each client, aligned with corporate goals.
Design realistic and actionable client plans focused on growth and profitability.
Present strategic proposals to clients in a strong and professional way, coordinating the involvement of relevant internal stakeholders.
Validate quotations and commercial proposals, ensuring profitability and business viability.
Provide product briefs to internal teams to initiate new development projects.
Monitor projects, validating adjustments and ensuring timelines and expectations are met.
Approve final product developments before launch, ensuring quality, innovation and strategic fit.
Build strong long-term client relationships, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor.
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, R&D, operations and leadership teams.
What we are looking for:
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or similar.
Minimum 5 years of experience in roles such as Product Manager, Brand Manager, Strategic Marketing or similar.
Previous experience in cosmetics, beauty, skincare or personal care sectors.
Strong understanding of product development processes and market dynamics.
Strategic mindset with strong client orientation and business vision.
Native level of Italian.
High level of English.
Medium-high level of Spanish.
Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Autonomy, proactivity and results-driven mindset.
Nice to have:
Experience in B2B environments or private label manufacturers.
Background in Key Account Management or Project Management roles.
Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
Knowledge of beauty consumer and market trends.
